Ownership
Terry Hoying is the president and owner of Hoying Construction Inc.
Terry is a 1991 graduate of Minster High School and the son of Nicholas and Joyce Hoying of Minster, Ohio. Nick was the Owner/Operator of N.J. Hoying Construction, Inc for over 35 years. This business was the basis of Terry's experience in construction.
Terry went on to graduate with honors from ITT Technical Institue with a degree in Applied Science in Architectural Engineering. He has designed homes, buildings, and addition/remodeling projects for various area builders and developers through freelance work. He has been employed through the years with other various field related companies such as; Sidney Building Supply, Ahrens Custom Builders, and Mesco Electric.
In 2000 Terry and his Wife Jenny along with their two children, Mitchell and Kennedy, built a new home in New Bremen and returned to his father's business. In 2003 Terry took over the operational duties of N.J. Hoying Construction, Inc. until 2007, and the full retirement of his father Nick. In May of 2007, Terry and Jenny began Hoying Construction, Inc. picking up where Nick, Terry and NJ Hoying had left off.

Hoying Construction, Inc is a small company, but that doesn't mean we can't handle nearly any job. Our crew may be small, but we promise timely, well-crafted projects. We can easily stay on top of changes in; plans, specifications, timelines, and concerns, so you can feel confident in knowing who you are working with and who will be there throughout.
